We offer three basic stand-alone systems to fit almost every
die protection need. The DMS-302 monitors up to four inputs, such as mis-feed and part ejection.
The DMS-410 is used to monitor up to 10 different die protection inputs,
for high production progressive and transfer dies.
In addition to the stand alone units, we also offer individual die protection sensors which are compatible
with most control units in the industry.
DMS-302 - Stand-Alone System
The DMS-302 unit is designed to monitor up to four (4) stations and is typically used on presses under
150 tons. It is a low cost stand alone package for automatic presses.
