Co-Pilot

The Co-Pilot is a press automation package with resolver-based signatures. It integrates tonnage monitoring, die protection, programmable limit switches, brake monitoring, motion detection, signatures with enveloping and more into ONE resolver-based system!

The display is a 6.5" crisp color screen from which signatures and press information can clearly be viewed from many angles.

The Co-Pilot provides 2 to 4 channel tonnage monitoring, tonnage based signatures, critcal curve monitoring (CCM), die protection, programmable limit switches, brake monitor, drift and motion detection, counters, 3 levels of password protection, speed compensation and up to 200 jobs can be stored.
